In this video, Christian Loyer, Strategic Innovation Lead at i-nexus, Lean Six Sigma MBB, explains step-by-step how to create a SIPOC diagram using an easy to understand example. Christian provides some considerations you have to take into account when building your own SIPOC.

In the process improvement world, SIPOC (sometimes COPIS) is referred to a visual diagram that provides a top level summary of the inputs and outputs of one or more processes in table form. The acronym SIPOC stand for suppliers, inputs, process, outputs and customer.
