Do you see Hoshin Planning and PMI’s Project Management Framework inter-relating? Both are systematic processes. Hoshin Planning will ensure projects be managed to the company’s strategic goals. Maybe Hoshin Planning is more appropriate at the program and portfolio levels. Interested in your thoughts. Most interesting.
